The site DN1200 main pipeline flange connection bolts are M52, the nut side length is 80mm, the strength grade 8.8, the theoretical set torque is 4704N.m, the site is equipped with 8MXT square drive hydraulic wrench, the torque is1093-10931N.m, after technical communication with the owner, the pressure and torque are converted, and the pressure station set pressure is 30Mpa.

The on-site operators closely cooperated and fought continuously for 24 hours under high temperature and high intensity, successfully completing the task of replacing the main water, and giving a thumbs up and paying tribute to every staff member fighting on the scene.
